Chevelle rebuilt to raise money for new church.

When Sean Sabin attended a car show three years ago, a seed was planted.


Mid-Plains Community College autobody technology program students were selling raffle tickets for a car they had built to raise money for scholarships.


Sabin, co-owner of Sabin’s Body Shop & Service Center, took the idea to leaders of his church, which is The Crossing Fellowship.

The Crossing is raising money to build a church in northeast Gothenburg.

Church leaders bought the idea.
