Lady Eagles pull out a tough win

The Brady Eagles played host to the Sumner-Eddyville-Miller Mustangs last Friday and beat them in three sets.

The Eagles continue to develop hitters as Trinity Christophersen led the team with 11 kills, followed by Emily Mann who posted nine of her own. Mann also played the net well as she was involved in six blocks, one solo and five assisted. Emery Swan had 10 digs and received 18 serves.

When asked what she thinks are the keys to the team’s success, Elizabeth Sitorius-Johnson replied, “I think being aggressive, being positive and playing like we know how.”
