BHS students earn 14 top ratings at district music
NORTH PLATTE—Brady High School musicians earned the highest rating possible in 14 solo, duet or ensemble entries during the district music contest Friday at North Platte St. Pat’s High School.
Judges award I ratings to the best of the performances, followed by II and III ratings.
“It was a pretty good day,” said Brady band and choral director Valerie Pohlman. “Fourteen I’s made me pretty happy. I’d have liked to have gotten a I in band, but it wasn’t to be.”
