Two Gothenburg businesses now share one roof and expanded office space which allows for more services.

Dawson Tire & Wheel, owned by Eric MacPherson, has moved its wholesale operation into a new, 18,000-square-foot facility at 511 Cottonwood Drive.

The new space has allowed Dawson Tire & Wheel to separate its wholesale services from the retail business which has served Gothenburg since 1998.

Axxent Building Systems, also owned by MacPherson, now has its sales office in the same place.

Axxent opened in Gothenburg in 2010 with a production facility on West Seventh Street. It sells several brands of post frame wood and steel buildings designed for light commercial or agricultural use.

Axxent Building Systems and Dawson Tire & Wheel are open 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
