DC 4-H’ers advance to state competition
The Dawson County 4H Council announced at the recent 4H Ach-ievement Barbecue their 4H nominees to represent Dawson County in the State competition of the 4H Awards/Incentives program.
The main basis for selection is the growth of the 4-H’er, how they have shared their knowledge with others, and how they have been involved in their community.
The state selection process has moved from individual projects, to general curriculum areas. In this way, projects not previously included may be involved. Eight curriculum areas have been identified for the State Level in 2013.
