Brandon Cooper, 34 - May 27, 2016

Brandon G. Cooper, 34, of Cozad passed away Friday, May 27, 2016, at the Cozad Community Hospital.
Services were conducted on Wed­nesday, June 1, at 11 a.m. at the Berryman Funeral Home Chapel. Burial was at the Cozad Cemetery.
Cooper was born April 16, 1982, at Denver, CO, to Ron and Sandra (Pacheco) Cooper. He grew up at Cozad and attended Cozad High School.
On April 6, 2013, he married Jennifer Thieman. To this union, a son and daughter were born.
Cooper was employed as a farm hand for Trudy Geiger, and most recently, for the United States Postal Service in Gothenburg.
He was an inspiration to others while he battled health complications in his life, facing each battle with strength and courage, according to family members. He will be remembered for his open arms and willingness to help others in need.
One of his greatest joys were spending time with his children, family and friends, family said. He was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed hunting, fishing and camping.
?Cooper was preceded in death by his mother, Sandra.
?Survivors include: his wife, Jenni Cooper of Cozad; his children—Garrett and Trinity Cooper of Cozad; father, Ron Cooper of Cozad; a brother, Clay (Stacey) Cooper of Cozad; sister, Charity (Tom) Dunphy of Gothenburg; sisters-in-law—Shannan (Bryon) Myers of Cozad, Kellie (Lane) Broumley of Pleasanton and Carrie (Dave) Meyer of Cozad; his mother-in-law, Rita (David) Thieman of Cozad; nieces and nephews—Ashland and Dylan Cooper, Avery, Bethany and Brogan Dunphy, Riley and Jenn Gainsforth, Samantha Myers, Jakob Meredith, Faith and Samson Broumley, Kiley and Marissa Meyer; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
A memorial has been established in his memory.
