Darlene Crouch, 82 - December 18, 2017

Darlene B. Crouch of Albany,Mo., went to be with her beloved Bill. She passed on Monday, Dec. 18, 2017, surrounded by friends and family.
Darlene was born Oct. 8, 1935, to Steve and Dorothy Bowdish at Cozad. She graduated from Cozad Public School. She married William J. Crouch on March 14, 1951, in Broken Bow. They spent their entire life in Gothenburg raising their family, before moving to Albany, Mo. where they built their retirement home on a farm south of Albany. They spent their last years enjoying country life together.
Darlene was proceeded in death by husband, Bill Crouch; daughter, Karla Osborn; grandson, Matthew Osborn; parents, Steve and Dorothy Bowdish; sisters—Carolyn Tuck and Sheryl Shallenberger; and brother, Eugene Bowdish.
Survivors include three sons—James (Maria) Crouch of LaFeria Texas, Russell (Diane) Crouch of York, and Robert (Michelle) Crouch of Albany, Mo.; son-in law, Terry Osborn of Lincoln; nine grandchildren—Mike Crouch of Shertz Texas, Brian (Holly) Crouch of Shertz Texas, Kimberly (Bryce) Jakub of The Woodlands, Texas, Christine (Kevin) Freudenburg of Charlestown, Mass., Allison(Jason) Hamata of Lincoln, Stephanie Crouch of Lincoln, Megan Crouch of Omaha, Kathryn Crouch of Albany, Mo., Thomas Crouch of Albany, Mo.; and nine great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, Dec. 23, at 11 a.m., at the Albany First Baptist Church, with burial at the Grandview Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the Church, prior to service. Memorials can be made to the Albany First Baptist Church, 805 US Hwy 136, Albany, Mo., 64402
