Brady boys win 2 out of 3 at MNAC

The Brady boys basketball team had a productive week at the Mid-Nebraska Athletic Conference Tournament. Wins over Twin Loup and Sandhills/Thedford sandwiched a loss to Anselmo-Merna.

Brady got off to a quick start against Twin Loup, only allowing five points in the first quarter. The Eagles held on to that lead and won the first round of the MNAC 46-39.

After the 14-5 advantage in the first quarter, Brady settled into a balanced offensive attack.

Brant May led the team with 10 points. Dayne Porter had nine, Nate Sitorius also had nine and Colton Lovitt added eight.
