Both sleep and stress rob people of their well-being

Doctor shares how to better manage both.

There’s a plethora of information about the body’s response to stress and how it affects sleep.

As a result, local physician Dr. Jay Matzke shared a presentation about stress and sleep with 16 people Thursday at Gothenburg Public Library.

The talk was the second in a Gothenburg Chamber of Commerce Professional Development and Education
