School lunch prices on the rise

Superintendent says cost lowest average in Southwest Conference.

A potential increase in food costs prompted District 20 school board members to raise lunch prices.

At their meeting Monday, members raised prices 15 cents for high school and junior high students, 20 cents for elementary students and a nickel for youngsters who eat breakfast at school.
