Post-school project
FFA’ers At WORK: When junior and senior highers were dismissed from Gothenburg Public Schools for the summer last Thursday morning, FFA’ers gathered to sort gently used school supplies from different classrooms throughout the high school and elementary. The supplies will be taken to Nigeria, by Ken Pitkin of Callaway (who took them last year when the project started), and taken to Cuba this week by a local Presbyterian mission group. Junior Jessica Schmidt, who thought of the idea, is spearheading the project again this year.
