Little spooks: Roman Scott, 2, is a ghost and holds the hand of a skeleton (Talon Willis) as the two , accompanied by an unidentified witch, float down Lake Avenue during the Gothenburg Chamber of Commerce’s annual Munchkin Masquerade on Oct. 31 in downtown and other areas of the city.
