Amanda McMichael of Gothenburg was installed as honored queen of Job’s Daughters International Bethel #28 last Saturday.

Officers were also installed that included Alexis Bacon, senior princess; Kyndal Holmes, junior princess; Kendra Humphrey, guide and Carlin Daharsh, marshal.

Appointed officers installed were Blayr McMichael, chaplain; Becca Else, recorder; Sonie Kuhlman, treasurer; Megan Portiner, fifth messenger; Stephanie Eggleston, senior custodian and Kelsey Holmes, junior custodian.

Presiding as installing officer was Becca Else, past honored queen and supreme recorder. She was assisted by Taci Bartlett, Kyra Holloway-Maline, Heidi Galas, Leah Rieke, Jeanne Breuer, Stephanie Eggleston and Lori Long.

Emily McMichael served as mistress of ceremonies and Trevor Galas assisted with flowers.

The theme was “You’ve got a Friend.” Bright pink and lime green were colors displayed with a flamingo as mascot during McMichael’s term.

A special masonic Bible was used for the ceremony that was given to McMichael by her great uncle Dean Ramsey. Her grandfather Max Weismann carved her gavel.

After the ceremony, there was a reception.
