Getting ready to show: Prior to the rabbit show Saturday at the Dawson County Fair, Rebecca Crown of Gothenburg spent a quiet moment with “Honey.” Many youngsters from throughout the county showed animals, exhibits and more at the fair which was July 11-20 at the fairgrounds in Lexington.
