Elsie Trumbly, 90 - April 07, 2016

Elsie Elinora Trumbly, 90, of Oregon, passed away April 7, 2016, surrounded by family members at Salem Hospital.

Trumbly was born March 13, 1926, at Lakeville, MN, to Gust and Hanna Anderson, natives of Sweden. At two years old, her family moved to North Platte where they lived until she was 10 years old.

Trumbly enjoyed jewelry making and all kinds of craft projects, according to family members. In her younger years, she and her husband enjoyed golfing, square dancing and motorcycle riding. But all through their lives the most fun they had was vacationing and family get-togethers with Fred and Wanda Zunck, their lifelong friends from grade school, the family said.
