Patrick Aden, 45 - November 28, 2016

Patrick J. Aden, 45, of Lincoln passed away, Monday, Nov. 28, 2016.
A celebration of life service was conducted on Saturday, Dec. 3, at the American Lutheran Church of Lincoln.
Aden was born March 28, 1971, at North Platte to Ronald and Sharon (Stull) Aden. He attended North Platte High School and graduated with the Class of 1989.
On Sept. 21, 1996, he was united in marriage to Pamela Keiser at Gothenburg.
He earned an associate degree in human services in 2014 from SCC, and was currently attending Nebraska Wesleyan pursuing his bachelor’s degree in social work.
Aden had worked in the community as an Intensive Community Services worker for Houses of Hope’s TASC Program.
He was an amazing man and described by his friends and family as infinitely caring, compassionate, vibrant and soulful as well as passionate, loving, competitive and opinionated, according to family members.
Aden was a devoted husband, father, son, brother and friend, the family stated. He was always involved in his daughter’s activities whether it was academic, artistic or athletic.
?He was also a lover of music, art and people as well as baseball/softball and anything Husker, and deep discussions about life and politics, family said. Everything he gave here on earth will continue to grow in boundless ways in the years to come.
?Aden was preceded in death by: his mother, Sharon Aden; a sister, Tracey Gallagher; grandparents, Orville and Nita Stull, Emil and Judith (Bratten) Aden.
Survivors include: his wife, Pamela of Lincoln; his daughters—Rhiannon and Neriah Aden of Lincoln; parents, Ron and Pauline Aden of North Platte; brother, Todd (Kim) Aden of North Platte; a sister, Renea (Tim) Rush of Grand Island; brothers-in-law—Brendan Gallagher of South Dakota and Jim Keiser of Idaho; nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles; his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Willard and Laura Keiser of Gothenburg.
Memorials are suggested to the family.
