Roberta “Bobbie” Larson, 87, of Gothenburg, Nebraska, died Dec. 9, 2018 in Gothenburg. .She was born May 4, 1931 in Gothenburg, daughter of Robert Earl Stevenson and Vivian Rose (Taylor) Stevenson.
Bobbie graduated from Gothenburg High with the class of 1949. She married James Junior Larson on June 17, 1951 and they had three children - Kip, Kirk and Kori. Bobbie was a life-long resident of Gothenburg. She worked as a secretary and did social work. She was a member of the Evangelical Free Church.
Survivors include her son, Kip Larson of Gothenburg, son, Kirk (Terri) Larson of Dodge City, Kansas, and daughter, Kori Larson of Niles, Illinois; six grandchildren and seven great grandchildren; a sister, Sharon Stevenson of Mesa, Arizona; a brother, Randy Stevenson of Tehachapi, California; along with extended family and friends.
.Bobbie was preceded in death by her husband Jim Larson and her parents.
.Visitation was held at Blase-Strauser Memorial Chapel, Gothenburg, on Friday, Dec. 14.
.Funeral services were held at Evangelical Free Church, 1721 Lake Ave, Gothenburg, on Saturday, Dec. 15, with Pastor Scott Newman officiating.
.nterment followed in the Cottonwood Cemetery at Cozad.
