Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration students at North Platte Community College are now NC3-certified in four areas: residential airflow, refrigeration diagnostics, variable speed motors and air-to-air heat pumps.

The Gothenburg Times wants to congratulate Patrick Hudson. Hudson is a a Gothenburg native who received the Duane Freeman Memorial Scholarship and was one of over 40 students across the country who was recognized at the Hastings College’s Honors Convocation on April 27, 2022.

Raymond and Mildred Tillotson had lunch on Tuesday with Gene and Tammy Tillotson in Kearney.
The Gothenburg Lions Club gave a $500 donation to the family of Alan Daup. Alan has undergone medical problems and the Lions wanted to show their support for him. Another $1,000 was donated to the Daups from the Nebraska Lions Foundation.
